MISSION STATEMENT
 
Government Medical College Jammu Alumni Association of North America (GMCJANA) is a forum for physicians trained in GMC Jammu to recognize ethical principles, leadership skills and knowledge that were imparted to them by their Alma Mater. The organization serves as a setting for the alumni to network with each other and to learn from each other’s expertise.

1. Continuing Medical Education (CME)
2. Social Gathering, Interaction, Reunion and Networking of various alumni

3. Providing mentorship to recent graduates for Career Enhancement 

4. Providing financial support and clinical expertise to causes in line with GMC JANA goals
